We are pleased to announce the launch of The Waters’ new website. The Waters is a residential development community located in Pike Road, AL just outside Montgomery that offers a traditional neighborhood setting with extensive amenities. Our goal was to create an attractive, mobile-friendly site that effectively communicates the “Come Make a Life of It” philosophy of The Waters within a context that is easy to use for home buyers and easy to maintain by the staff at The Waters.
Because of the beautiful setting of the property, including a lake, town center, pool, docks, tennis, and a chapel, we decided on a design layout that utilizes the client’s great photography of the community to emphasize and showcase the uniqueness of the community and all it offers. We also created a seamless tie between their online presence with the branding used by The Waters in their offline advertising. The layout, color, and graphics present a tight continuity across all their marketing channels.
The Waters is a vibrant and active community and as such as a lot going on, which shows in their frequently updated blog. We integrated the blog stories with the property listings and amenities to further highlight The Waters way of life across content sections. The result was a clean, and visually appealing design built on a custom WordPress platform that is mobile-friendly and easy to maintain.
We had a lot of fun working on this project. When the offline property is as great looking as The Waters, it makes our job of making it look good online very easy!
